Now we can view http://party.webmaker.org/ in difference languages but it's accessible only by appending your choice of language to the end of the URL, e.g. http://party.webmaker.org/en-US/

We should add a language selection dropdown UI to the site.
Hey Ali, do we need to wait for a language has been 100% translated before we can add it to the dropdown UI?

The workflow we used to do is 85%+ then we add support for that language and the dropdown should pick any supported language automatically (using nunjucks variable)
