Description:
If a user downloads a ZIP file, navigates to the 'Downloads' section within the 'Settings' app, selects the downloaded ZIP file, and select 'Share' from the given options.  An error screen will appear, telling the user "Unable to Open. There isn't an app that can open....zip. Would you ike to save the file or delete it?"

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140523000202
2) Download a ZIP file form the browser.
3) Once the file is downloaded, navigate to the 'Downloads' section located in the 'Settings' app.
4) Select the downloaded ZIP file.
5) Select 'Share' from the given options.
6) Observe results.

Actual:
The error message for being unable to open a file will appear.
Expected:
The error message for being unable to share a ZIP file will appear

This issue DOES occur on Buri 1.4
