Description: 
When an app is downloaded from the 4-column layout on the vertical homescreen, the icon of the newly downloaded app is shown smaller than the pre-existing apps.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140523073020.
2) Settings > Homescreen > Vertical > Change.
3) On the vertical homescreen, pinch to zoom out to change to 4-column layout.
4) Open the Marketplace app.
5) Download any app.
6) Observe the newly downloaded app from the homescreen.

Actual:
The icon of the downloaded app is displayed in a smaller size.

Expected:
The icon of the downloaded app is displayed in the same size as other icons.

Note:
- When the layout is switched to the 3-column layout, the smaller icon is still displayed smaller than other icons. 

- The error does NOT occur when the app is downloaded from the 3-column layout.
