1. Links to non-existent pages

After the language portion of the URL (i.e. /en-US/), you need to add kb/

"turn data sharing off" should point to
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-health-report-understand-your-browser-perf#w_how-to-turn-data-sharing-on-or-off

"certificate" should point to
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/secure-website-certificate

"change your preferences" should point to
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/advanced-settings-browsing-network-updates-encryption#w_certificates-tab

2. Using "here" links is poor form and a problem for people using screen readers. There's one at the bottom of the first section, and another near the top of the second.

3. "Estimating your location involves sending some of this information to Google's geolocation service, which has it's own privacy policy."
Its own privacy policy.
