Steps to reproduce:

Hi 
saved-telemetry-pings not generated on Fennec upon shutdown. 

Do i need to enable something on build.

saved-telemetry-pings folder is created inside your phone profile, where all telemetry files are generated, when telemetry is enabled.

I don't think this is used on mobile at all.

You need to add

export MOZ_TELEMETRY_REPORTING=1

to your .mozconfig before building.

    I did exactly same thing as you told but still it didn't create any saved-telemetry-pings folder in profile.
