User Story
As a non signed-in FF browser user I can set an expiration date to a call-back URL so that I can decide when the URL will expire. What to implement: * Bug 1015941 will implement the tag button to expand the panel * Add an expiration time slider (1 - 23 hours, 1 - 30 days, as per mock-up) * When the time is changed, update for the existing url, via PUT /call-url (added in bug 1015938/bug 1015941).

Details |
If no expiration date is manually set, the default expiration date is 30 days. The user can use the slider to assign an expiration date between 1 hour and 30 days. Increments are 1 to 23 hours and 1 to 30 days.
