ACTUAL RESULTS: clipping on right edge of smiley.
EXPECTED RESULTS: No clipping.

32.0a1 (2014-05-23)
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0

(Variant of bug 1006123, but when zoomed, per bug 1006123 comment 46 / bug 1006123 comment 48.)
I can reproduce this at least as far back as:
 20.0a1 (2013-01-01)
 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20130101 Firefox/20.0

Original-ish URL: https://twitter.com/GetEmoji/status/461762329701801984
The clipping there is most visible on the bottom of the apples & eggplant.

So, not a regression (or not a recent one, at least).

I know Seth is working on some imagelib refactoring, which may fix this.
Pretty sure this bug is really the same issue as bug 925611.
