After opening the preferences by View|ApplyTheme|ThemePreferences... the theme
preferences show up. In the category-tree in the left the item "Themes" should
be marked as selected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose View|ApplyTheme|ThemePreferences... in the main menu

Actual Results:  All works right, but the "Themes"-item in the left isn't marked.
This happens in build 2001092508 for me as well.  Like the reporter said, The
dialog shows the THEMES prefs but the Themes listbox item is not automatically
selected.
