As a user, I want to be able to sign up for a Firefox account and given the option of using my Phone Number as my ID during the first run experience if I do not already have one.

Note: the SMS verification process can not block the first run experience and the verification and enabling of the Firefox account will not be part of the FTU for new users.

AC:
1. During the First Run Experience, if I do not currently have a Firefox Account, I can create one by supplying my Phone Number and and a password.
2. At any time during the process I can cancel, and skip the Firefox Account creation section of the First Run Experence
3. After creating a new account, I am notified that a confirmation SMS has been sent to me and must configure email and follow the steps in the confirmation SMS to continue.
4. If my device drops connectivity while in the process of creating an account, I am made aware the of the lack of connectivity and asked to sign in later through Settings.
