Right now when we report an accessible event, we create a temporary 32 bit child ID value for the node in \the tree where the event occured. There is no easy way for a screen reader vendor to correlate the information they get from us via this child ID, back to the node in the original tree of nodes they got a load time. We need a unique identifer for each node in the tree.
