Steps to reproduce:
Nothing specific, just scrolling into a long page with many images, fonts and floating elements (see attachment).
Actual results:
The bottom of the page appear squashed ad contains duplicated pixels from the top part of the page, as if the tiles Y scale was divided by 2 or 3 and with some repeat occuring.
Expected results:
It should just render the page without these glitches.
