The gaia-grid used in the Collection view should support 2 sections: (a) for apps "pinned" to the collection, and (b) for web results

It should also support deduping icons between different sections.

I think in this case it would make sense to have another local result type (to the collections app), something like:

PinnedApp.prototype = Icon.prototype

I think we can close this since dedupe was already implemented in bug 1016239.
