Sounds to me like this is with an older version of the DLL, as a lot of newer-version usage is in the general public and we don't see crashes with those.

Release Management, can we try to contact Baidu Antivirus and ask them if we should block the 3.4.2.x and older versions?

If there is a serious bug in Firefox, it needs to be filed in the "Core" product, "Plug-Ins" component.
