Details

It's annoying to have different locations for the "clear" button, depending on the tab. In the console tab it appears right under the tab panel, but in the network tab it's on the bottom right. Same goes for the different filters, the ones at the top of the console tab and the ones at the bottom of the network tab. Chrome always displays these right under the tab panel. Not displaying filters all the time also reduces the visual clutter.

This has been already fixed. The "clear" button is the first one - on the left toolbar side - in both Console and Network panel.
