Actual results:
The Tabs Button cannot be moved (via customization menus etc.); there is wasted/unused space on the left+right side of the Tab Toolbar.
Expected results:
The location/visibility of the Tabs Button should be customizable; the wasted/unused space on the left+right side of the Tab Toolbar Rows should be used for tabs completely/fully.

In the ordinary no-addons case, the tabs don't fit under the titlebar buttons and fullscreen button. You're using an add-on for the display of the tabs, and it's up to that add-on to provide the functionality you're missing here.
