101649 - Mail wont open a second time.

Mail cannot reopened a second time.  Using Windows XP Mozilla 2001092403.  Not
using quicklaunch. (Although same behaviour displayed if quicklaunch is active)

Steps to reproduce.
Run Mozilla.
Open Mail (with mail icon in bottom left).
Close Mail.
Try to ppen Mail again. (with mail icon in bottom left).

What should happen.
Mail should open up again.

What does happen.
Mail does not open a second time.

Workaround.
Close Mozilla.
Terminate the process (from taskmanager).
Reopen Mozilla.
Open Mail. (note it still wont open a second time, need to close Moz again).

Seems to be working fine with the latest nightly.  I un-installed previous
version and then did a fresh install of the nightly and all is well (kept old
profile).  It remains that this probably shouldn't have happened in the first
place and may happen again to someone else.  But it's good for me.

it may have been fixed, comments indicate that in dups too.
