A User is requesting a scroll-to-top button on Gaia's browser.

Hardware: x86 → ARM
I think we will solve this in 2.1 with Rocketbar because the user will be able to pull down the Rocketbar from any point in the page.

On iOS you can scroll to top by tip on the status bar on the top. This feature works system wide on all apps and is very useful.
