[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch "Settings"
2.Select "WiFi"
3.Tap "Manage networks"
4.Select "Join Hidden Network".
5. Enter a wrong SSID and a valid password.
6.Tap "OK"
**Wrong SSID will saved in the known networks and Error text will not be displayed
