Steps to reproduce:

Trying to use my phone. At, seemingly random, times the screen starts to flicker making my device completely inusable. It starts, I believe, when I press the start button to get the unlock screen, and there we are.


Actual results:

What happened? The screen is flickering, going from black to what it's supposed to display like a stroboscope.


Expected results:

It should not be flickering!
