1016958 - Esr24 Nightly builds have been downgraded to 24.5 (from 24.6)

Yesterday's build for esr24 has the version 24.6, today it's 24.5 instead of 24.7.

We caught that since our Mozmill update tests fail to update today, I even checked manually and the build from yesterday mentions it's already up to date.

I bumped the version to 24.6.0esrpre yesterday at lsblakk and lmandel's request, and generated the 2014-05-27-13-26-12-mozilla-esr24/ builds. The expected result for 2014-05-28 is to use that same version.

The problem is that I used DONTBUILD in the commit messages, so we didn't build on checkin. Nothing landed after me but before the nightlies, so buildbot went back to the revision before me (fc1922e36212) with the old version. Another two pushes have landed today so the version will be correct in the 2014-05-29 nightly.
