STR: - Enter E-mail app - Compose a new email - Type random text, and type a word that spans longer than a width of screen, and type a few more lines below it. - Hide the keyboard by long pressing space bar. place cursor in the text again Expected: keyboard appears again. Actual: horizontal scroll bar appears right underneath the text, and I can scroll horizontally, but keyboard does not appear Version info: Gaia bc6f07c149770c6e6dfbea941ac65138dc364a15 │ │ Gecko https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/448f2153d6d3 │ │ BuildID 20140527160201 │ │ Version 32.0a1 │ │ ro.build.version.incremental=94 │ │ ro.build.date=Tue May 20 09:29:20 CST 2014
Found during the graphics manual smoke test
Potentially useful information: the gaia hash indicates this is on 2.0 trunk/master and the email app uses a content-editable for the body area. I am inferring from the STR that :njpark was typing in the body area.
Component: Gaia::E-Mail → Gaia::Keyboard
this cannot be reproduced anymore on today's build: Gaia b669dd2cc321f37cebc7081a79b968cac36b4200 Gecko https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/b85b57f05fda BuildID 20140529160204 Version 32.0a1 ro.build.version.incremental=94 ro.build.date=Tue May 20 09:29:20 CST 2014
