This seems buggy. I can log on and locate my phone right away, but after I enter 'Lost Mode', there is no UI/UX feedback that I am already in Lost Mode. I can just go and enter lost mode again, and again. I'm not sure what the effect of such consecutive queries could be on the back-end, but it would be interesting to see how this is being handled. Perhaps on the front-end of the website, there could be a red 'Lost Mode' show up on the UI after Lost Mode is entered into. Interestingly, the device will display the message of the most recent Lost Mode query.

Web: the "locater" icon should turn into a locked state to reflect status Client/Server: send commands to client but client would ignore (for 2.1 we should make the client a bit smarter).

There should be much better feedback now when running a command on the website. Kate, would you say this still an issue?
