With a horizontal tab strip[bug1014987], closing a tab is one tap away.
When a tab is in the foreground, the user can tap the space around “Close” icon to close the tab. The hit area should be large enough for touch.
The visual design of pressed-down state and the sizing of the area are to be defined.
Next step:
* Visual design
* Animation refinement
* Implementation
