Steps to reproduce:

Left-Click on Tab
Drag Tab to 'new' location in TabBar
Drop Tab


Actual results:

the Tab is Copied (Duplicated) as many times as I try to drag and drop the tab.
Original Tab Remains in place.
Existing Tabs do not appear to 'move' (animated shift) to make room for new tab, but 'new', Duplicate Tab is created.


Expected results:

Tab should Move to 'new' location in TabBar
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
