* Description:
  Preloaded wallpapers can't be previewed. User can't select and set wallpaper.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Go to settings and scroll down to Personalization section.
  2. Tap the "Display" option under the Personalization section.
  3. Tap on the preview of the current wallpaper at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap the "Wallpaper" option then check the result.

* Expected result:
 Preview of all wallpapers should be displayed.

* Actual result:
The cursor jumps and most wallpapers can't be previewed. User can't select favourite wallpaper.
