** The case is by the testing on Vixen Tablet devices. It might not be able to reproduce on other mobile devices **

As a user, when I turn on airplane mode, BT and Wi-Fi should be disabled.

Environment: Wifi connected

1. Launch Settings app
2. Trigger Airplane mode

== Expected Result ==
2. Airplane mode turn on and Wi-Fi is disabled

== Actual Result ==
2. Airplane mode turn on and Wi-Fi is still connected
