"Service ID is not valid" error is displayed when adding a Boku account

Steps to reproduce: 1. Open developer hub and submit a new paid app. 2. In Set payments step click on the "Add, manage or view transactions for your payment accounts". 3. In the opened pop-up window click on "Add a boku account". 4. Fill the form and click on the "Register Payment Account". Expected results: The Boku account is created. Actual results: This error message is displayed: Service ID is not valid. Notes/Issues: I have encountered this issue when using the service Id of this accounts:User ID: mozilla_developer_1 and User ID: mozilla_krupa-payment-account . Are those accounts still valid and can be used in tests? Verified on FF32 (Win 7). This issue can only be reproduced on payment-alt.allizom.
