Details

A fixed positioned table (e.g. <table width="100%" style="position: fixed">) covers the scrollbar when shrinking the window. See URL. Bug #5195 and bug #94009 are similar to this bugs but those bugs cover <div>'s and apparently the problem hasn't been fixed for <table>'s.

Works for me with build 20010930, windows 2000
Important point for QA: the window must be resized in the vertical direction only. Its width must not be changed, only its height. If the width is changed, the table _does_ reflow.

I'd just like to assert that this bug is still alive and well in the latest nightly (2001110921 LINUX).
Bug 94009 is in fact about <table> and has an excellent testcase listed in bug 94009, comment 21 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 94009 ***
