Pasting in the url to a competency in a private browsing window (or, for example, clicking a link from an outside website) loads a page that looks like this: http://snaps.akibraun.com/91bqw.png Tested in Chrome and Firefox (I didn't bother testing in IE because, as of submission, this is how all competencies appear in IE)
