My Retina MacBook Pro is connected an external HDMI display. STR: 1. Firefox's main window is on the external display, open the Browser Console (not the page's Web Console). 2. Move the Browser Console window to the MacBook's Retina display 3. In the Browser Console, enable "Net > Log" to log HTTP requests 4. Click on one of the logged HTTP requests to view the HTTP headers RESULT: Only the upper-left 1/4 of request's popup window is rendered. The other 3/4 is white. If you move the popup window to the external display, the window's contents is fully rendered as expected. This is not a regression. I can repro in Firefox 29 and ESR 24. See the attached screenshot.

Can't repro, so this was likely fixed in the last couple of years.
