* Description:
  Volume up key is conflicting with Volume setting. Set volume as 25%, than press volume up key to upgrade volume to max.
  The ringtone of incoming call will still be 25%. Screenshot is attached.
* Precontion:

* Reproduction steps:
  1.Goto Settings and scroll down to Personalization.
  2.Tap the Sound.
  3.Slide left to set volume as 25%.
  4.Press volume up key to upgrade volume to max.
  5.Receive an incoming call, check the volume.

* Expected result:
  Volume up key should be synchronized with volume setting. The volume should be upgraded after pressing volume up key.

* Actual result: 
  The ringtone of incoming call will still be 25% even if upgrade volume by pressing volume up key.

When the volume up key is being pressed in an app, the content audio channel gets changed, which is different than what's used for ringtones. That's why the sound was at 25% volume.
