There is no available networks displayed and it displsys "No network found" when wifi turned on,in fact networks exist.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch "Settings"
2.Tap "Device information"
3.Tap "More information"
4.Execute "Reset Phone"
5.Skip the initial interface
6.Launch "Settings"->tap "Wi-Fi"
7.Tap "Search again" many times
**There is no available networks displayed,it displsys "No network found" ,in fact,networks exist.
8.Turn off/on wifi
**It also displays "No network found"

Note:
8.The phenomenon still exists without reseting phone sometimes

8.A list of available networks is displayed when wifi turned on.
