Attachment: Call waiting option disappeared

* Description:
 Enable fixed dialing numbers function, then check the call settings menu. Call waiting option disappeared, and instead of an exclamation mark.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Insert 2 SIM cards in phone
  2. Go to SIM1 card‘s call settings menu to enable FDN function 
  3. Observe the call settings menu

* Expected result:
  The call settings menu display normally

* Actual result:
  Call waiting option disappeared, and instead of an exclamation mark.

Sorry, update the description.

* Description:
 Enable fixed dialing numbers function, then check the call settings menu. Call waiting option disappeared, and instead of an exclamation mark. Tap the exclamation mark into call waiting change page, try to change it, but call waiting can’t change successful. 

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Insert 2 SIM cards in phone
  2. Go to SIM1 card‘s call settings menu to enable FDN function 
  3. Back to call settings page, tap the exclamation mark
  4. Pop up a call waiting status change page, try to change the call waiting status

* Expected result:
  The call settings status can changed successful
* Actual result:
  Call waiting can’t change in this page
