Please see the screenshot, it's the result of scrolling with HWA enabled. No problems with Nightly of 2014-05-28 and HWA enabled, no problems with 2014-05-29 and HWA disabled, but with Nightly 2014-05-29 and HWA enabled there is a clearly visible rendering regression. Sometimes also the tab strip of Firefox is affected.

So it seems to be a regression of bug 1015176, there are already comments about the rendering issue (comments 17 and 18).
