The nodeinfobar colors don't really match with the toolbox in the light theme.  It looks a little out of place with the dark node information box.  Maybe we should pick a color that works better with both themes but still stands out from page content.

Maybe the light orange color #d99b28 from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/DevToolsColors?  Could have dark text with that.

Just pulling in some info from IRC:

The nodeinfobar in my designs recognizes both light and dark theme, which probably would be a pain to implement. Let's ignore that for now and just go with the light theme version in the spec.
