Rendering
The Windows 7 UI uses the Segoe UI 9pt font by default. Firefox renders this font almost identically to the UI when graphics acceleration is disabled. However when graphics acceleration is enabled then Firefox increases the line height.

This paragraph of text is taken from the Display control panel. The border was added to make the text easier to screen shot.

This sounds like an example of bug 643781 to me.
