A while back, I was tracing through uninstall and noticed that refcounting may be off. On occasion, files will be refcounted but there reg key would be blow away. I never resolved this, and hence I am writting this bug up. See: http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/xpinstall/src/nsInstallUninstall.cpp#158
