1018407 - update logo links in FxOS portion of the style guide

Related to bug 983213, we need to update the FxOS logo portion of the style guide to make it more clear how to get to the reversed-out white versions of the wordmark.

Basically we need to do two things:
1. make sure all the download buttons for the various formats and configurations of the white wordmark link to the proper files (right now they don't). Ty has listed out the complete links here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=983213#c4
2. remove JPEG as a download option for these files...these versions should only be offered as EPS and PNG (since a non-transparent white jpeg is effectively invisible)

Mike A, what's the best way to get this taken care of?
