Steps to reproduce:

In firefox, when enabling the warn me when closing multiple tabs is checked, it never works
Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):

And on a new, empty profile:

Well, I couldn't reproduce on FF 29.0.1, Ubuntu 13.04 x64.
