Steps to reproduce:
Either restart computer, or start task manager. In task manager, go to processes, locate firefox exe and end process. We must do one one of these to restart firefox when it says it is already running.This occurs in firefox , but also in Outlook, our e-mail.
Actual results:
When we do one of the above, we are able to restart firefox.
Expected results:
Initially, we were uncertain. Recently, we are pretty sure one o the actions will work. T
