Saw this on Unagi. Not sure if this is related to device capability. STR: 1. Open browser app 2. Focus on the url bar, wait for keyboard 3. tap the home key Expected: 1. Keyboard transitions out, *then* app closes. everything is smooth 2. normal app open transition when app is launched again Actual: 1. Keyboard is transition out but the app close transition is gone. 2. no app open transition either and app remain unresized until for a bit time. I am not entire sure this should block though.

I still seeing this bug on 2.1. Alive, is this a recent regression or it was not addressed in bug 1018245?

BTW I see this on a Flame now.
This is not a regression. We cannot animate a resized window. The expected behavior will occur if continuous transition is enabled in developer settings.
