User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_3) AppleWebKit/537.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/24.0.1312.57 Safari/537.17

Steps to reproduce:

Whenever i visit a large Wikipedia page, Firefox becomes extremely slow.


Actual results:

Firefox became extremely slow and used a lot of CPU.


Expected results:

Firefox should have functioned normally, not be slow and using a lot of CPU.

Please give a example link.
Also please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):

If a script on the page causes the slowness, you can find which one using the JS Profiler (Shift+F5): https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Profiler
