Not sure that we're ready to do this yet, but I'm filing to keep meta bug 1017590 updated.

The MDN is working on the textbook pages for the SKILLS underneath the WebLit competencies. As they're finished, we should link from the Discover section for each competency. This bug can be used as a meta bug for each of the textbook pages.
