Hi Loli,
Bug 959011 - [MADAI][Dialer] Sending pre-defined message during call reject, has not been landed yet, so if it is developed during this week, I am afraid it will not be part of v2.0.
Vicky included in the Dialer VR meta these screenshots because it was expected to land in v2.0.
For the time being, let's close this bug as invalid, if the feature landswe will review it again
