RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 41924

Details

In Mozilla 0.9.4 release, after changing the image acceptance policy to
"Do not load any images", I cannot see empty image frames shown on the page. The
missing frames cause a lot of troubles navigating through the page as many of
the images contain links and alt text as well, which are just disappeared
altogether. Also, unlike Netscape 4, I cannot click each of the images to show
it individually and there is no "show image" button on the toolbar, too. I think
this happens as well when load image is on but the image is blocked.
