Steps to reproduce
Enter Edit Mode
Drag and drop an icon to create a new group
Drag and drop this icon below to the center (in order to create another group)

Actual result
Sometimes, the icon get stuck on the bottom of the screen. See attached video for details.

Expected result
The icon must return to its initial position.

Reproducibility rate: 7/10

The STR here doesn't feel edge casey to me. This is just two sets of drag and drop operations that are resulting in an icon getting stuck. I don't think this will block a pref on, but we'll want to get this fixed for 2.0.
