Details

The current fix to bug 1017249 makes the "Lost Message" go away after unlocking, which is correct. But should the passcode lock remain? Case: Joan never locks her phone, then loses and puts into lost mode. After finding, she unlocks the phone and the "Help! Lost phone!" message disappears. She finds that the passcode is still there. Is this a feature?

Once the user sets the passcode from the website, the device will remember this passcode. The user can change remove the passcode via the settings app. This is functioning as designed
