Changing country select on /firefox/os/devices/ does not clear previous country class on CTA modal.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/os/devices/
2. Select 'Poland' from the country drop down
3. Click 'Get a phone' button and notice the T-Mobile logo
4. Select 'Hungary' from the country drop down
5. Click 'Get a phone' button and notice alternate T-Mobile logo
6. Select 'Poland' from country drop down
7. Click 'Get a phone' button and notice T-Mobile logo is still alternate/Hungary version
Can inspect the modal after taking the steps above and note that the #provider-links element has both "pl" and "hu" classes applied (should only have the currently selected country).
