Apparently the page had what I'm requesting at some point: see bug 495576.

When providing support, it's much simpler to link directly to specific sections of a web page, rather than saying "On web page X, read section Y". Not everyone is familiar with Find in Page. Some may have to press Ctrl+F, Mac users need to press Command+F. Some may have a ≡ Menu Button, others may have removed it with Classic Theme Restorer and are using either a Firefox button or the menu bar instead.

It would be helpful if each question (dt element) had an id attribute. If that's too much trouble, then even just the major headers (h3 elements) would be better than nothing.

Product: addons.mozilla.org → addons.mozilla.org Graveyard
I don't know why this was moved to the "addons.mozilla.org Graveyard" product without explanation and left open. The page still exists and so does the issue. Though I only see it linked from the deprecated "classic Add-ons site", so presumably it'll disappear at one point.
