Anthony, should this block rolling out to release?
Flags: needinfo?(ajones)
I'm probably not the best person to decide if leaking disk spare should block the release. I can find someone to look into it if someone can confirm that the issue still exists.
Flags: needinfo?(ajones)
I didn't managed to reproduce this issue on Aurora(46.0a2). After the tab with the HD video is closed, the cached video is cleared and the memory is freed.

Thus, closing the issue as Resolved - WFM.
Please feel free to reopen it if you are still experiencing this issue.
